Hi, My name is Vricida Margetina, everyone calls me Tina. Welcome to my site! 
 
My background is Greek, German/Swiss.  My Dad is Greek from the island of Kefalonia (Paradise to me) and my Mom is German/Swiss, born in Hood River, Oregon. 
 
I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. I have lived in Greece (Kefalonia), New Jersey and now in Calgary,Canada, with my wonderful husband, Dimitri and three beautiful children.
 
 
Konstandino (Dean) 19 years old is a second year University student. He is involved in the Fine Arts Program and Summerstock where he played "Danny" in The musical "Grease" summer of 2008.  He will be in the musical "Rent"  (summer of 2009), he will be playing "Roger". He is an honor student and a well rounded person, respectable young man with goals and he strives hard to accomplish anything he puts his mind in doing. Bravo paidi mou! You make us very proud!
 
Nicholas (Niko) 15 years old and in grade 10. He is very smart and lovable, also an honor student.  He loves Dancing, Music, Acting, Comedy . His cell phone is his favorite toy.   He is known to be the Dr. Phil among his friends. Our phone rings off the hook with his friends wanting advice and a good laugh. He is a character (takes after his Pappou Niko Hionis) same face, same personality. Also a good hearted kid just like Pappou.
 
My youngest Politimi Katerina (Poli) is 7 years old and in 2nd grade. She is a little sweetheart with a mind of her own. She enjoys playing with her dolls and keeping us all on our toes. She loves to have tea parties and invite her brothers as long as they bring marshmallows. Politimi will negotiate anything, and always wins. Her long hair is her pride and joy. She also likes Greek dancing and Greek music (Sakis Rouvas). OPA!
